Sorry, You're Sick!!!

Here is a list of illnesses we do NOT want to share in the playroom:

1. A fever within the previous 24 hours.
2. Vomiting/Diarrhea within the previous 24 hours.
3. Childhood Disease: Chicken Pox. This is contagious two days prior to breaking out AND until ALL blisters have crusted over.
4. Runny nose with any colored discharge.
5. Sore throat.
6. Unexplained rash.
7. Skin Infection: Impetigo. Skin to skin contact is highly contagious. If it is visible, the child should not attend playroom until skin is clear.
8. Eye Infections: Pink Eye. The child is contagious until they have received eye drops for 24 hours.
9. Head Lice. Remain at home until the child is free of all nits.

If a child should become ill during adult discussion, the parent will be notified immediately and will be asked to remove the child from the playroom.
